XM MOBILE PROGRAMING ERROR - Carpet

If you are estimating carpet in Mobile and have stairs in the room as a subgroup, make sure the carpet goes everywhere you want it. As you can see in the attached video, even though the entire

room is selected including the subgroups (closet & stairs), it only puts the carpet on the landing on the first attempt. On the second attempt, it arbitrarily put it only on the upper stairs only. When the stairs are removed and the closet is left as a subgroup, it places it correctly, so the issue is with the stairs. This issue has been forwarded to Xactware but until it is corrected, be careful. Just goes to show, you should always check your work.
