Online Self-Paced Desk Adjuster
This course is designed for beginner to intermediate Xactimate users who are only interested in learning the aspects of desk adjusting or estimating which do not include sketching.
Students in this course will be introduced to the techniques commonly used by desk adjusters or estimators that have no need to sketch. This course teaches you the estimating portion of Xactimate to include all the searches, setting up preferences, using variables, grouping folders and many of the commonly used desk adjuster functions such as global changes, miscellaneous items, bid items, note functions, code upgrades, PWI, releasing depreciation, etc. and how to set up revisions and changes to an estimate. The course is taught by an Xactimate Certified Trainer with experience as a Field & Desk Adjuster and Contractor using Verisks approved method to maximize retention of the 4 step estimating process.
The videos are in order and range from 5-25 minutes to accommodate any schedule. The videos were purposely made shorter for easy reference when a refresher is needed or searching a particular item. A one year membership to Crest LLC is included for the course you registered for and the videos will be available for that year.
This course does not include the Level 1 & 2 workbook as it is not needed for the course. If you would like to purchase the eWorkbook for easy reference, you can do so in our "Links & Products" page.
