XACTIMATE DEMO IS A GONER

Yeah, goner is a word (a person or thing that is doomed or cannot be saved). I had to google it to make sure though.
 
As of this last weekend (9/1/2024), the Xactimate demo has been changed from a demo to a trail version. The difference is that before you download the trial, you must provide Verisk with a credit card number. After 30 days you will be billed for the subscription unless you call and cancel. If you cancel before the 30 days, there will be no charge.

The bad news is that 30 days goes by pretty fast if you don’t know what you are doing trying to teach yourself Xactimate.  Sales will not be able to extend your trial subscription unless you purchase an Xactimate user certification exam or enroll in training by an authorized Xactimate Certified Trainer. If you’re teaching yourself and feeling rushed, enrolling in training will help you extend access and learn the software more efficiently.
