XactScope for Roofs & Exteriors
XactScope is a powerful feature included with the Xactimate Professional subscription. It’s designed to help you capture line items that are commonly missed or overlooked during estimating. This class is intended for those that already know how to sketch or have taken level 1 & 2
Built directly into Xactimate, XactScope streamlines the estimating process by removing the need to manually add every individual line item. Instead, it uses smart, pre-programmed prompts to guide users through the scope of work and automatically builds the estimate based on their responses. This results in a complete, accurate estimate in a fraction of the time it would take to create one manually.
XactScope works with user-created Sketches and supports data imported from multiple sources. It relies on the Sketch tool to generate relevant prompts, then uses your answers to determine the appropriate line items and calculate quantities based on the sketch dimensions. Sketches can be created manually or imported, making the process fast, flexible, and consistent.
XactScope is an added feature for Xactimate Professional users in Xactimate desktop (X1) and Xactimate online. You can also use XactScope in Xactimate mobile. To activate XactScope for your profile in Xactimate Professional, contact your sales representative. This course is taught on the desktop version only.
